Cat Tyc is a Brooklyn based writer and artist. She is the author of the chapbooks, An Achitetural Séance (Dancing Girl Press) and CONSUMES ME (Belladonna*). Her video work has screened locally and internationally at spaces including Microscope Gallery, Anthology Film Archives, the CUNY Graduate Center, Brooklyn Museum, Hauser & Wirth, and Kassel Fest. She has directed music videos that have featured in LOGO's NewNowNext and MTVu. Cat teaches multimedia composition at Baruch College, Rutgers University, and Marymount Manhattan College. She also works as the Program Coordinator at The Home School in Hudson, NY.
